 OVERVIEW | SQC PROCEDURES | SQC TRACKING LOGS Quality control at Permanent Magnet Company, Inc. begins with raw materials. We search the world for the purest elements to build into our magnets. Then, using equipment capable of very precise measurements, each magnet is individually tested for its resistance to demagnetization and its strength of magnetic field using statistical quality control tools. After a final physical inspection, our magnets are carefully packaged and shipped to destinations all around the globe. |
